Sidepart Helps Drive 89% Growth by Bringing Home Lending Into The Future.

The Project

A community first mentality is what this mortgage brokerage is all about. In fact, it’s so important that Clinton, owner at Clinton Wilkins Mortgage Team, authored a book, “Confessions of a Halifax Mortgage Broker” with the goal of making the industry more accessible to the public.

Their focus is to build relationships with their clients because they understand that homeownership is a human experience. The team provides lending services for everybody from new home buyers to those living in Canada for the first time.

Clinton Wilkins Mortgage Team was in search of new ways to connect with their clients and create a stronger digital presence. They wanted to move forward with a data driven approach and their team engaged Sidepart to design an end-to-end strategy that would bring home lending online.

The team needed to shift towards a data driven decision making process that would allow for more in-depth consumer insights. We helped save 300 labour hours annually, shorten deal time by 50%, and increase revenue by 89%.
